Submitting a Cancellation

If you want to cancel a service, contact our billing desk or your designated account handler. A cancellation will only move forward after review and formal acceptance.

Cancellation Period

Your cancellation must be requested within 30 days of the order placement and before we’ve started the execution process. After that, cancellations may not be honored.

Exceptions to Policy

Our cancellation terms don’t apply to outsourced services provided by third parties. This includes domains, managed hosting, custom development, and external creative services.
